Great article! I couldn't agree more that now is the time to buy! I was checking into Leisure Property Management's listings too and they have some INCREDIBLY low priced deals. Your advice is the best anyone could give. It's not a huge risk like it was in the past. Leisure Property Management sure worked out well for one of my co-workers. I strongly agree with your post! Knowing the current statur of our ecnonomy. Timeshare is also a matter of timing! What important you will earn what you invest bu of course you are ready to accept defeat.
